DIA Holding and Khabib Nurmagomedov Announce Long-Term Strategic Partnership in the UAE

DIA Holding, an international construction management holding, has announced a long-term strategic partnership with UFC legend Khabib Nurmagomedov. The cooperation will include a series of joint projects in the UAE, beginning with LuzOra Residences, a premium development in the Dubai Islands area.

The company said the partnership is based on shared values including discipline, responsibility, and a commitment to results.

The first project under the partnership, LuzOra Residences, is currently under construction. The premium boutique Residence & Hotel complex will include 108 apartments and is located near the waterfront in the developing Dubai Islands district.

The project is designed for both short-term rental and long-term serviced living. Planned amenities include a swimming pool, fitness center, and electric vehicle charging stations. Residents will also be able to access the beach within 10 minutes by golf cart. In addition, a school is planned nearby, supporting the project’s long-term residential appeal for families.

Construction is scheduled for completion in the second quarter of 2027.

According to the company, Nurmagomedov’s role will extend beyond traditional ambassadorial participation. He will also be involved in the development of future DIA Holding project concepts, with a focus on sports and social infrastructure.

DIA Holding said the Dubai Islands development will serve as the first stage of a broader cooperation in the UAE. Future projects are expected to integrate the values of sport, family, and quality of life into their design and planning concepts.
